High Tech - Low Character Government Hackers

We the Tax Payers pay the saleries of all government employes. In the case of high tech computer types, we would expect them to be protecting us from espeonage or the likes on the www. Simerlarly we would expect Federal Law Enforcment Agents to be
protecting the citizens from Con-Games, Frauds and wide scale Rip-Offs.

I have found that a good number of these agents are quick to sell their services to some very corrupt special interists. ie: Travelers Express, Better Business Bureau, Crooked Banks etc.

I have been attempting to expose one such scandel (See Ripoff Report on VIAD Corp.) I now find that some of these high tech types are assigned around the clock to block my e-mail. I find them to be most unplesant folks. They believe that there are some people who have the right to bully or con people out of their money and they believe the victems have no rights to complain or make their games known. Presently they find it necessary to block me from even playing a card game on the internet.

I am most graterful that we have this small RIPOFFREPORT.COM even though I am presently blocked from sending E-Mail directly. I would like to authorize the staff of RipoffReport
to access some of my e-mail accounts to see hundreds of blocked & returned mail.

That should be enough.Please Note that Aproximately 1/3 of my
report of 2-13-00 on VIAD is missing and I will probably have to retype it since I will not likely be able to e-mail it.
