 Will someone please tell me what the hell is going on over there with the executive committee staff at HACLA HQ? It's bad enough that we have to endure unfair cuts and re-shuffling of personnel to different locations in an effort to balance the budget and justify our jobs, but now, at a time of State and Federal crisis, where every level of government is impacted by cut-backs, layoffs and budget restraints, some rocket scientist in the Planning and Development Department had the brain storm of an idea to renovate the building.  

 Yet, word from "Rumor Control" up on the fifth floor (I won't mention names) is that Rudy Montiel is going to have a private elevator built in, which for his own personal exclusive use. This is a disgrace, as it send the message that he is no different to the corrupt politicians at the City of Bell who also thought they were all above everybody else, that is, until they all got caught. 

  I wouldn't really mind so much, regarding the building renovations, as we could all use better and more comfortable working conditions. But come on, people.....First off, just who does Rudy Montiel think he is? He is no different to anyone else. He is a public official, a government employee, a civil servant who answers to the tax payer. I am wondering if the LA Times is aware of the mismanagement of funds which doesn't justify Rudy's own proposed private transportation? 

  If it's true and I believe it is, then obviously someone didn't plan this renovation process properly. This is outrageous and sends the wrong message. The nerve of this fat little disgusting man to think he is that important! If anything, what this overpaid arrogant bastard needs is to do a little more exercise and run his fat little body up and down those flights of stairs every day, instead of using the elevator. Might I suggest that Rudy should have his plush executive office equipped with a "Stair Master." God knows, at $400.00 per year, he could well afford his own private gym in the building. I pity Sandra Montiel, as not only just she have to put up with his sheer laziness, but she also has to sleep with him!

Rudy Doesn't Care About Taxpayers

Rudy Montiel makes OVER $450,000 a year a DOUBLE public retirement, FREE car and $4000 a MONTH to buy a house. So why shouldn't he fee entilted to a PRIVATE ELEVATOR? He makes the crooks running the City of Bell look like humble civil servants. Ad all this to the fact Rudy doesn't even bother to show up 1/2 the time. Rudy will be there as long as his good buddy Mayor Tony Vilar remains in office.

Please take notice that the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (“HACLA”) has
initiated an action in the Superior Court of the State of California – County
of Los Angeles, Central District, Case No. 454470 due to allegedly false
statements made by you (the “Action”).  In conjunction with the Action,
HACLA seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact
information to the Irvine California office of Fisher & Phillips, LLP at 444
South Flower Street, Suite 1590, Los Angeles, California 90071 in compliance
with Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 45.  

If you do not respond within 7 business days with your true and correct contact information to:
