St. Lawrence County Family Court Barbara potter, family court judge legal abuse canton, New York

i have had family court and the DoSS involved in my life for almost seven years. my children were living with me, HoTB, home on trial bases for the past two years. while life has not been simple during this, a few things have made the situation far worse.

i have had the family court judge, barbara potter, say that she chooses to believe unfounded accusations to be true. i have dealt with a law guardian that has disregarded what is in the children's best interest to pursue what i believe has become a personall vendetta.

my constitutional rights have been repeatedly violated by DoSS and the court system. i have spent these past years fighting for my children, to do the very best that i can for them. i have done all that was asked of me and far more. yet in the eyes of this court and it's allies, i am the worse father to come into that room, and they have only to wait long enough to finally justify what they have wanted all along. the lawe guardian and judge see the mother of these children as a wonderful person, even though she physically and mentally abused them, even to the extent that she threatened to kill them. these are issues that the court has decided to disregard in these matters.

i feel that my childrens future is in jeapordy as long as the family court system is involved with them. i have tried my very best to protect these children and do all the right things for them. unfortunatly the one thing i can not protect them from is the family court system, as they seem to do what they feel like, and do not care who they hurt or destroy alonf the way.

this has been my opinion of these events. i do not claim to know every detail of every event, but i do know what the result has been for me and my children.
