Pleased to hear of your service. Thank-you for your efforts. Having followed the chain of command for assistance, the following issues need to be resolved on my behalf: (1). CA WLA Welfare/Medical (D. Shelby @ (310) 312-5251 is my case worker & Grey Daivs denail letter received). Bills still left un-paid by: United Physicians of SM, CA (as below). (2). ECTOM Acupuncture Diploma due report of Living Trust Thief, Federal Student Loans & SM Police: Officers: Staples & Grey (www.santamonicapd.org) cival rights violation needs to be resolved. (3). DHS CA (Sacramento) WC bills, pension and rein-statement needs to be resolved.
