First Ron Silva calls me and I signed with him to get the grant writing going...back in Sept. 2010. I paid $2500 for a grant proposal, which I got.

Then they called and needed $6115 more. Now I have a bill that is close to $10,000 left to pay on a credit card that I am paying 24% interest on. I have been waiting for over a year for my money and now come find out they are out of business. No website, and no phone to contact them.I called them every month, and they were stalling on the money. Now, today, 10/3/2011 I go to check the status and their phone is disconnected...

How can I go about being part of a class-action suit? Please send me information.
