Grant Funding Express - Grant Help Center Ripped off in SO ILL. Cheyenne Wyoming

I am a middle-aged single parent who recently became unemployed due to a medical condition. I thought I would try to go back to school. I have just recently started learning how to use a computer.

One evening while trying to search the web for help in finding grants available to help me for school funding, I found Grant Help Center. The web site said I could obtain a free cd. I submitted the required information and was told I would recieve my cd in 3 to 5 days. The next day I recieved an e-mail telling me my bank account had been charged $1.93 for shipping. After recieving the cd I could cancel my order within 10 days. Three days later I did not recieve the cd but recieved notifiction from my bank my acount had been charged an additional $74.95.
One week later I still have not recieved my cd. Now I find that I am not the only person being taken by these people. It would be nice to know who I can contact and what I can do about getting my money back.
