This company offers information via CD for free, pay shipping of $1.98 by credit card. There was NO cd in the envelope when it arrived. Then my credit card gets charged $69.95 without my authorization or knowledge. You can't get anybody on their phone line, continuous hold or voicemail. Now I have had to cancel my card, wait 10 days.... OMG
