emails are being sent out on sites such as yahoo offering federal grant help and showing pictures of uncle sam and actual images of federal seals and when you click to check it out, this website offers instant access for only $1.95. what happens after you agree to this is they take out $58.61 plus a 0.47cents over seas conversion fee. they have hung up on me after many attempts to resolve this theft into my checking account which they had no right to take anything out other than the $1.95
