National Benefit Agency Is A Scam grant writing, rip off Lapeer Michigan

In Febuary I signed up at Nationalbenefitagency.com, had a call back in a day. I paid 365.00 for a supposed grant writing package, and it was basically the same application for foodstamps, not kidding. I sent the package back within the next day as requested, and waited. They received it on March 19th of this year, however they said it had to be transported to their other office. I talked at length to the supervisor of customer service, Michael Reed. He told me that someone from accounting messed up and would get back to me within the week. That was the last week of May. I have been calling and leaving messages every week, now their inbox is full and I still haven't received a refund. I want this company to give me back my money! I filed with the BBB, and the Attorney General of Michigan, all to no avail. This is a scam, of the worst kind.
