NATIONAL GRANTS CONFERENCES A Proven Methods Seminars, LLC Program Don't Fulfill Their Promises, Alot Of B/S, Just Another Scam!! Rochester, New York

I decided to get back into real estate investing and attended one of their conferences for grant information on March 30th, 2009, to get started. Signed up for their membership and their two-day seminar, paid the $1,000.00 fee for the 6 month period. Afterwards i came home and the following workday called them to get started.

Much to my dismay I was not given the assistance that I thought I would get instead found out it would cost another $8,500.00 for them to process the grants. So I did what every computer geek does when stumped with a problem, the good old internet. After doing some research on the company I decided to cancel my membership.

So as instructed on the order form I faxed my cancellation to the number listed. I excepted to get a phone call or at the very least my refund. BEEP WRONG ANSWER!! After several months of no response or refund I contacted them again, only to be told they did not receive a cancellation notice. Keep in mind, one I did not attend their two-day seminar nor did I receive any further information from them. I was told to re-fax them the cancelation notice which I did with the report from my fax machine of the first fax being completed. WELL AGAIN NO REPLY!!! I called the office again and this time talked to a supervisior by the name of Kay and was told she would have to check with her suoervisior and I would get a phone call. BEEP WRONG ANSWER!!

As of the date of this posting I still have not spoken to anyone giving a direct answer nor have I gotten my refund. If this company is so driven by customer satisfaction why is it such a problem to cancel a membership and get a refund. Do they need the money that bad????????
