I had recently got laid off from my place of employment and was looking for some way to help my financial situation.  I was referred to Success Grants by my unemployment office to see if i could qualify for any help.  Being a single dad with 2 kids and no job I thought it couldn't hurt to research grants.  It turns out I was totally wrong!!!!   In reading the previous complaints about the same company, multiple people are having had the exact same problem I am having.  I wonder why that is?  Exact same trial problem, reaccurring monthly charge problem, the worst ever cust service problem, cant get a superviser on the phone problem, cant get a refund problem.  Im surprised there wasn't a cancellation fee.  And on top of all that, that 79 dollar charge to my account put it in overdrawn status and now there is a overdrawn fee that i have to pay because of this circus act.   As you can imagine, I cant pay either one. Unbeleivable!!!!!    Resulting in the same situation other people have had because of this.  I cant provide for my 2 kids, and that my friends is totally unexceptable!!!  I really hope somebody has enough smarts over @ SuccessGrants to understand that this is a hugh problem and take action to resolve this issue for future people.  For people listening, dont invest a $1 to get started with this company because you will be ripped off just like the rest of us.  The worst part is, I never used this product, wait or was it the cust service?  Unreal!!!!
