I purchased 6 bananas from ABC Grocery Store but they charged me for 12 bananas. I called them and they didn't care about my dilemma.

I realize this is a small purchase but their lack of care has made them lose me as a customer

Just one clarification - they charged me for 10 bananas, not 12. But my criticism remains.
