Rep.Matt Digioia came to my home, introduce the product, left samples, I said if my teenagers agreed I would order. Please do no run my credit until I authorize you to do so. I called the next day to say the teenagers did not like the products, do not run my credit. I was then notified that my credit was already ran without my permission and that I would receive a faxed lette stated their mistake. After calling again because I did not receive the letter, but a bill for the product. I was told that I would not receive a letter stating their error.
