mothernature.com www.mothernature.com 4 months later and full order hasn't been received!!! It's like they're using the Pony Express for delivery!!! New York, New York

I placed an order with www.mothernature.com on September 14, 2011.  I ordered 4 items.  They sent the first item was shipped on the 9/14/2011, the second item was shipped 9/28/2011.  I still have yet to receive the final 2 items.

The company has no other means of contacting them regarding orders other than the internet.  I have contacted them no less than 9 times regarding my order.  I have not received any information on the order. 

A friend of mine searched the internet and found the CEO and COO's names and email addresses so I emailed them on 12/20/2011 and still haven't heard a word from them.

Their customer service is obviously horrible.  We are not a wealthy family and I decided to purchase items from them b/c we NEED them as our daughters suffer from allergies and they had the best prices on safe products for our daughters to use.

They could refund me approximately $30 for the part of the order that I'm missing...but they don't even have the decency to let me know where my order is or IF they'll even refund the difference.

Do NOT give this company any of your hard earned money!!!
