Raphs Grocery using deceptive ads Torrance California

I recently became aware that the ad flyer I receive weekly DOES NOT refer to all of the Raphs stores in my neighborhood... in fact, it only refers to a small minority of the stores. Most stores in SoCal have HIGHER prices than the ad distributed to your mailbox or through your newspaper. I brought this to the attention of their customer service people, but only received the usual polite, "grateful" form-letter response!
Check the botom of the last page of your ad... the fine print lists the only stores to which the ad is applicable.

They clearly state which stores the prices apply to. Many ads, not just Ralphs ads, do so as well. You must always read the fine print! Life is full of them!
Almost all the stores have different prices for the same items. There were three Ralphs stores down Warner Ave and another by it: One in Huntington Harbor, the other by Warner and Bolsa Chica, and the third by Warner and Golden West. The one by it is on Golden West and Garfield. They all have different ads and different prices because of their immediate location. And they all have different specials every week. It all depends on how each store is stocked with a certain item. If one store has an excess amount, they'll put it on sale along with some other stores that do so as well. The stores next to them might not have an excess amount and so they won't put it on sale.

Especially when the ad states at exactly which locations you can get the sale prices?
