I ordered a .22 caliber Benjamin air rifle from these people on November 22 and then wrote them on Dec 10 for an update since there was still no tracking number assigned to the order. Just read the e-mail sequence below.
On Dec. 22 I find out that the Christmas present will not be coming because the state of Illinois has prohibited the shipment of air rifles above .177 caliber even though the Supreme Court of the US say's you have the right to keep and bear arm's. Airgun warehouse ripped off my kid's Christmas and the State of Il. ripped off my Second amendment right's.
Air gun warehouse will be issuing a credit to me but they could have just stated on there web site that they cannot ship 22's to IL. instead of taking a month to tell me "SORRY".
The State of IL. could start going after REAL criminal's and stop passing useless law's about airgun's but that wouldn't be politically correct.

We will cancel this order and issue you full refund.

I checked into your order for you to find that we have processed your order and it was sent to the shipping department when they discovered that because of the caliber of the gun, we were unable to send it to IL. The IL state law is that we are prohibited from sending .22 cal to Illinois residents. Cannot send anything larger than .18 cal. Let me know if you want to cancel this order and get a refund or switch it out for a .177 caliber gun. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a good day.
