I ordered two airsoft guns from Airsoft Gunslinger on Sunday, November 13th, 2011. If you visit their website, be sure to look at their "About Us" section. To summarize it, they "promise" same-day order processing -- and if not -- shipping within 1 business day. They also boast "unmatched customer service." Throughout the "About Us," there is a load of boasting of consumers being able to "rely on top notch customer service."
However, after I ordered, it was not shipped within the next business day (Monday). I decided to give them a break. On Tuesday, it was still not shipped. And you guessed it, on Wednesday, it still was not shipped. I tried tracking my package on their website using a provided order number, and it says "Order is processing for shipment."
On Tuesday, I emailed them asking about my order. There was no reply. On Wednesday, I emailed them again, and still no reply to either emails. On Tuesday, I tried calling, but it went straight to voice mail. On Wednesday, I tried calling two more times, and again, it went straight to voice mail.
I then had to call my bank in order to report a potential scam, and explained them my situation. I immediately blocked my credit card from Airsoft Gunslinger just in case they wanted to take more money.
Beware of Airsoft Gunslinger/ My Air Pistols/ Top Climbing Gear (all run by the same people). They put on a facade of professionalism and care for customers when in reality all they did to me was take my money without any merchandise or customer service in return.

I received a phone call today from the owner of Airsoft Gunslinger today apologizing for the mishap. I've read a lot of other reports where customers talk to representatives of a company and do not get any help or sympathy at all. On the contrary, the person I spoke to on the phone took responsibility and did not put any blame on me, the customer. Just because a single order went wrong, he took the time to call me and apologize, check the systems, and made sure everything was going accordingly. My items are now on the way to being delivered. I now definitely have the impression that, at least the owner of Airsoft Gunslinger, does take the business seriously. However, the support/customer service team is an issue that needs to be checked up -- on a related note, he did specify that he would look into what happened and why my emails were not responded to. I'm sure what happened to me is not a common issue as there have not been any other reports on Airsoft Gunslinger. The owner was willing to offer compensation and was very polite. If I could delete the original report, I could, but due to Ripoff Report's policy, I cannot. All I can say is to not stop yourself if you want to buy from Airsoft Gunslinger; they are a legitimate business.
