Tom Clarke is now charging money for the " ATAC TV Leo/ Military & Larue Tactical 2012 Range Day. It looks like Tom Clarke thinks that he is above the rules (and BTAF rules). Last years range day was full of friends who were not clearly in the Law Enforcement or the Military community .

One day this guy uses the range for selling firearms and the next time charges fees for what the Desert Sportsman rifle and Pistol club told the Clarke County Nevada Commissioners was a private club.

What official agency or military group officially sanctions this event? NONE a Tom Clarke Event.

ATAC TV does not sell firearms. Please provide documentation providing this claim. ATF was
contacted and a letter was sent for Mr. Barket to contact them, which he never
did.

Claims Steve Barket makes are not credible. Other victims of Steve Barket, according to US District Judge are not credible. His last entrapment was dismissed, read the below. This has been turned over to the FBI and other agencies.

Atac TV founder Tom Clarke start’s his retaliation as promised by posting false and defamatory post on Rip-Off Report.

You can say what you would like about me and post lie’s. I have a question for Captain ATAC (Tom Clarke Superhero). How does anything you say change the facts in your own life?

Your real-estate in Nevada has been foreclosed on, including your home that you live in. You and your videos along with your website has been challenged by myself and you had to admit to the public that you were never in the military.

Tom Clarke would brag about his live in girl friend/wife who was a doctor. Who turned out to be a drunk driver who hit Merrick Dienoff on a motorcycle then left the scene of the crime. Rebecca Dee Burton then lost a lawsuit in court to the man she hit on a motorcycle while driving drunk and filed Bankruptcy USBC Case# 54289. Then paid the victim Merrick Dienoff only
pennies on the dollar and moved to Nevada, lived in $650,000.00 home drove a Porsche and Mercedes. ( I'am sure none of the cars were in her name) Tom Clarke and Rebecca Dee Burton sound like a real “stand up” couple.

Tom and his ATAC TV give advice on weapons, this guy did not pay his 3 mortgages,  two condo’s foreclosed
sold at bank actions and his primary residence is in limbo as well. His Wife/Girl Friend at the end of the day is a drunk driver. Tom Clarke has gone around to several people in the Las Vegas area. Tom Clarke gets them do work and then stiffs them and has no money to follow up on his 'Grandiose" ventures.

No, I was never in the military; everyone knows this. You are the only one who has ever said or made this claim. Just your way of starting trouble, my opinion. But I have always trained troops, and law enforcement for free and always will.

Yes, I did loose two investment properties along with millions of other people in this recession.

You mention you want to see a log book. I cannot provide this to you based of the facts, I never sold you any firearms. As you have been previously notified, you can contact the ATF to validate whatever you are looking for.

“Fighting injustice globally” must be the reasons you are so
out of touch.

So where does your skill set come from that any troops or
law enforcement would want you to train them? What Law enforcement person would
train with you? Your rants about web sites, asking to meet at the ATF, Metro
and FBI…you are a very scary person and the fact that you have access to a
weapons cache is really scary, by your own words and action you appear to be
mentally unstable. I will no longer tolerate your actions.

About those two condos do you remember when you told
everybody they were two floors at the MGM? I understand the economy, but if you
are such a truthful, stand up person on the credit application for the 2 loans
you must have filled out a financial statement to get the money from federally
insured banks, were you truthful? Only a deposition will tell. Did you provide
prof of income or just state an amount?

I guess when you are served in the next few days with a lawsuit
and it comes time for a deposition (it will be video taped). I will be able to
obtain all of your bank records. We will see the truth at that point and what
about the text you sent me. I would love to see proof of you bulk condo sale in
Florida or that they ever existed.

How come you don’t address Rebecca Dee Burton criminal acts
and bankruptcy? Give details how the victim Merrick Dienoff never got paid for

never logged back in. Roger is a stand up guy, he was an adult about the matter
and we both moved on.

So I guess Mark Flinn & Tom Clarke have no association,
