The item I ordered arrived with a piece missing and a piece broken off. I called and they gave me an rma number about two weeks later. I sent the item back (it was a rc tank, and it cost me 25.00 to send it back) they do not send out labels. They refuse to re-imburse me for the cost to return it. Even though it was defective upon receipt.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed - and if you notice - they never state that. They are a rip off - so beware... The customer service people are either clueless or rude or both - depending on which one you get. Shame on them! Beware!
