TGSCOM, Glockworld, GLOCKWORLD DECEITFUL, DUPLICTITOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS GREENBAY, Wisconsin

This rebuttal is from Advantage Arms, the manufacture of the Advantage Arms .22lr conversion kit.

Glockworld/tgscom is one of our largest dealers. Glockworld/tgscom is a very reputable company and I’m proud to list them as a dealer.  The only complaint I’ve ever received about Glockworld/tgscom is how long it takes to get one of our conversion kits, however, that’s not their fault.  The fault lies entirely on our shoulders.  If Glockworld/tgscom told someone their order would ship in 8 weeks then that’s because we told Glockworld/tgscom it would.  If it didn’t ship in 8 weeks, as promised, then it’s because we didn’t meet our ship date.

The internet is a fantastic tool for businessmen and consumers, unfortunately, it’s also a place where people can anonymously post hateful and exaggerated remarks about anyone or any business. His statement “they are aware of the abuse of dealers like this and are trying to correct the problem” is just ridiculous.  I wish I had a hundred dealers like Glockworld/tgscom.  BTW, I went through my records and can find no order for “John in Orlando FL”.  What a surprise!

My apologies to the fine people at Glockworld/tgscom who must endure this abuse simply because our production doesn’t keep pace with sales.
