being ex military and a retired barber visting my son in the army for 6 mos. i was quit upset watching the unsantary ways at the main barber shop got my harcut every 2 weeks by the 2nd time i had to ask each time to please wash hands and clean tools got to talking about my old barber days and discusted to learn only2 enployes had an actul barber lic.i was offered a job knowing my lic.expired to many years ago you dont go to a barber shop to get your haircut by a bueaty opertor i was told if you were asiasn you were almost gearanted a job with a few quick lessons it was easy to see the favortism and rudness of not specking english the barber lic. are kept hidden and out of view because they run a racket the inspections should be more often and tuffer i cant belive ft.hood is so laxed on sanitation in the barber shop and insisting that you must be a lic.barber -barber only in barber shop and must display vaild lic.on wall for view lic.beauty oparaters work in beauty shop only same rules i hope the navy runs a tighter ship if the state barber was allowed to do inspections on post they would all be shut down and hefty fines for sanition non-lic. barbers and no lic.displayed change mangers she dose not care about doing aafes right she cares about filling her pockets and hiringfriends and her own kind lots of good starving barbers that would take pride in the job
