Edan Edan Salon Poor Customer Service & Bad Hair Service Los Angeles, California

This salon is a terrible salon providing poor customer service. It was my fault for going there in the first place! I found them through advertising stating that they do the brazilian straightening process for $100. I thought it was a steal because this is a typically expensive procedure. I should have known then that you get what you pay for.

Now I dont have bad hair at all but with the procedure I was expecting beautiful soft hair just like they advertised and like I know that the product is for. I had this done by the salon owner who would not tell me what he was doing during the process. I had to constantly ask what he was doing next. When he was putting the stuff in my hair he was constantly pulling my hair instead of trying to work the comb through so my head was sore! Also when he was blowdrying my hair he was burning my scalp because he would hold it too close to my head. The real kicker is when he was straightening my hair he was talking on this cell phone and constantly burning me with the hot iron!

Well throughout this whole process my hair kept falling out everywhere and I was just hoping that it was temporary and that my hair would look soft and beautiful in the end. Okay so when he was done he was like don't you think your hair looks better than before? I looked in the mirror and almost died. My hair looked like a ratty mess. It didnt even move when I turned my head. I lied and said i had to leave because I didnt want him to cut my hair. I was furious it was nothing like soft silky hair like advertised. I know so many people with all kinds of textures who got their hair done and had amazing results. I was so mad I told him he needed to refund my money. He left my hair brittle and damaged. I swear if I didnt wash and deep condition my hair and have it fixed it would have fallen out. I don't know what he did but I truly believe he does not have the skills to do the procedure. He was rude and unprofessional and it was a tacky salon. I will NEVER go back again.
