After shaving my hair off and charging me $2700 for a hair system that is suppose to look better than any weave or wig. I have yet to receive the product that Mr. Farrell promised; I made several visits to Mr. Farrell's salon to correct the look of the hair system after his employee cut so far back into the hair line causing it to look like a crooked wig on my head. Mr. Farrell himself promised me that the problem would be fixed after his own assessment of the damaged wig. After waiting over 2-weeks (after the initial appointment) for the repair to be done I went into the salon as per my appointment to get my newly repaired wig and was refused service, during this time Ms.Laura Farrell called the salon several times to speak with her staff but refused to speak with me the customer as I waited for answers. I was left to go home with the homemade wig I went to the salon wearing. I am still waiting to speak with Mr. Farrell whom I have left several messages for. I am still waiting; I want my $2700 back. Why is this man charging theses enormous prices for poor service and faulty product when I was able to purchase an identical hair system from another company for $595. This company was kind enough to inform he that their was no need for the salon to shave my head and plaster glue all over it, causing bald patches on my head. Thank goodness they never got a signature on that so called contracts that clears them from providing everything down to basic customer service needless to say I will see Mr. Farrell in court. By the way why does this man have a perfect score with the BBB could it be becuase Mr. Farrell has used his contract to clear him of all fair business pratices. well thier are several cases pending in small cliams and my case will be one of them. Inconsistancies reveal this post is a fake

This report's title states 'bad service in Los Angeles', yet this person is supposedly from Queens and went to the New York salon. It just doesn't make any sense. It is too bad that these posts have fake or incomplete names which make it impossible to answer accurately. If this person gives his/her real name we will gladly answer and fix any issue he/she might have.
