My system took THIRTEEN WEEKS to arrive! It did not cover completely in the back, although I had been assured that it would. It was nearly bare in the front, so we decided to add some hair. The color was impossible to match, because it had a strange green cast. So the next day, the color was corrected so hair could be matched and added.

Although clients are expected to buy two systems up front, I was fortunately able to purchase only one. I paid more for this system than I have ever paid (in New York, Los Angeles or Connecticut) on the promise that it would last three years. I also expected to save money, since I was told that I would be taught to easily reapply the system myself.

Coloring my own hair did not always produce an acceptable match. Cleaning the system and applying took an entire Saturday morning every two weeks, and results were inconsistent. In only six months, hair had to be added twice! The front also had to be repaired, all at extra expense, of course. So THAT'S how the system lasts three years.

A stylist in training was once allowed to cut my hair unsupervised, and he attempted to "blend" the hair better in the back. I had no idea what he was doing at the time, but I realized he was taking an extraordinary amount of time. As I said, the system did not cover the back completely, and he ended up butchering it, exposing the already vulnerable area. An experienced stylist was noticeably shocked when I pointed it out, and she immediately sent it to have hair added.

The last straw for me was when I arrived at 4pm on March 29 for a full service appointment. Other than a "hello" from the receptionist, NOTHING was said to me for an hour and 1/2! No explanation for the extreme delay; no apology. At 5:35, I walked out the door without a word. No one bothered to call and apologize or explain, and I have heard nothing from them to this day. It wouldn't make a difference. I'm done!

Farrell Hair Replacement, at least the NYC office, seems to be plagued with problems. Do research and go somewhere else!

These are petty issues and is more than likely a fake post by a competitor.

AUTHOR: Customercare - Los Angeles (U.S.A.)

This person is probably a fake post from one of our competitors. We are rated the Best in the World. Competitors can't beat us on quality and undetectablity so they resort to fake post like these.

This post is a fake for certain reasons. There were no cut-ins scheduled at the time and day he claims.
And a color correction is a simple alteration but is sometimes needed. In regard to him waiting 134 weeks, all over the internet we post that it takes 8-12 weeks to produce a pair of systems. If this person is real, we were only one week late but we do not work under time constraints.
These are petty issues that could easily be fixed if we were working with a real customer. This person never contacted us about these issues because we could easily help him if he was real but by all indications, this post is a fake.
