I ordered Farrell Hair to help me deal with an illness, im not a rich man I am working class and certainly couldnt afford for this to go wrong. The systems are not worth the EXTREME amount of money paid, the hair has practically all fallen out, The salon staff was nice however they said it was up to Richard and Laura to deal with the quality or lack there of. The day i went home i was happy the next day my pillow was full of hair and it just continued to get worse and worse. They havent returned my phone calls, they arent addressing the fact I spent thousands of dollars, now i have a shaved head and feel 1000 times worse than I did before I made the horrible mistake of contacting Farrell Hair in the first Place, to anyone reading this BEWARE there website is very well crafted but its all bullxxxx.
