Farrell Hair Replacement Ripoff artist, not a hair artist Los Angeles California

I have been a client of Farrell for almost 3 years now. Until recently I had no idea how much I was getting ripped off. I have recently found that there are companies who do a much better job than Farrell for literally thousands less.

Here's my experience: I ordered two systems for $3800.
They arrived a few weeks later, and both looked horrible. Farrell fixed them, but they were never quite right. I would repeatedly tell them that the hair color didn't really perfectly, etc, but it never fully improved, only got "closer". I was charged up to $200 to have hair replaced on the units, EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to go in (hair pieces do shed hair, but it's ABSURD to pay $65 for a servicing, then add on up to $200 for these "hair adds"). Richard was nice enough to me, but it has been a HUGE money pit, and the staff is constantly rotating, with many of the stylists simply not good at what they do, at all. For this kind of money, I expect the best service money can buy, and it simply doesn't happen. I've never been rude, always been patient, and still I get substandard work done.

This is a huge ripoff. I have since gone to another internet company that gave me a highly customized, much better system, for just under $200. I was shocked when I received it and saw how much better it was than these close to $4000 systems. Farrell is ripping bald men off. It's a crap shoot whether you will look good or not after a service appointment, and since they are always WAY overbooked, you sit there in the room waiting, sometimes for over an hour total.

Most of the stylists are bad, and everything is simply way too expensive. It ended being almost as bad as my experience at-, which was horrible as well.
