Hair Masters , Owned By Regis Salons, Cut up my neck with hair clippers Charlotte North Carolina

On 6/15/08 I went to "Hair Masters" on 9009 JM Keynes Dr in Charlotte, NC (at University Plaza - near the lake) to get my hair cut. When Renee (stylist #50) was cutting my hair using clippers, she cut and bruised the back of my neck (several red scratches - I have pictures) and also did a poor job on my hair - cutting it unevenly.

Unfortunately, I paid for the hair cut but then went to another salon right afterward to get it cut properly. There, they pointed out the bruises on the back of my neck and insist I return there to get a refund. When I did return that day, they refused to refund my money, saying that I had to come back when "Nikki" - the manager is on duty. I returned again today to get my money back & got the same story.

The sign on the building says "Hair Cuttery." I went to their website and this store location is still listed as belonging to Hair Cuttery. I issued a complaint on their website & called and left a message with a regional manager there. The manager called back & said the store is now owned by "Regis Salons" - however, it can't be found on Regis' website under the store locator.

Regis Salon's website has no phone number or email contact information for customer complaints or regional managers. Therefore I am logging this complaint online. The employees at the store have been rude and dismissive towards me.
