Regis Hair Salon fried my hair Hurst Texas

I went to Regis Hair Salon at North East Mall in Hurst ,Tx. A woman named Prithette did my hair I asked for my dark roots on my healthy blonde hair to me touched the underneath of my hair to be done darker and she colored all my hair dark and left only like five small streaks of blonde in my hair...She left the hair color on my hair so long that it started to melt my hair. I thought that she was just yanking on my hair really hard but in fact my hair was just getting so fried that she couldn't get her fingers through it anymore. She put a hint of red in with the brown that she colored my hair and used extreme highlights to color in my roots instead of hair color. Then when I told her I didn't come in here to become a brunette with blonde highlights she proceeds to color highlights the originally blonde hair that she has now turned brownish red with the extreme highlights once again..

I ended up not letting her blow dry my hair I was so mad she got her manager whom said that wouldn't charge me because she new how bad it looked and that I had been there over four hours. but she did admitt that this stylist just doesn't listen to the client and I asked then why is working here still she had no comment.

I went to another salon later to get my hair conditioned and the lady told me to come in every week and not to color my hair anymore for awhile.....She also had me sign a waver before she did my hair which should of been my first red flag. My other salon doesn't do that...

I am gonna take her to small claims court otherwise she will continue to ruin other people's hair and you should too. Just because you sign a pience of paper doesn't mean they have liable for not knowing their job....
