Regis Salon destroyed my hair and my daughter's hair, charged us 4 x what they had quoted over the phone.....the salon was filthy.  The stylist did not clean brushes or other equipment.  I should have refused to pay, but we were exhausted after 4 hours!  I submitted my credit card, then demanded a refund the next day.

It is clear that they will act as if they are going to help you but then do nothing. 

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the State Cosmetology Board, the Department of Public Health AND take them to small claims court.
