Big Lot Pro Source cordless toolset Lansdale, Pennsylvania

Wow.  i purchased this cordless set and went to use the circular saw a few months later to find that the battery would not hold a charge while using the larger tools. The flashlight and drill work ok but what good is the set if I can't use all of it.  i called corporate and got a girl who managed to maintain a monotone voice insisting that they could not do anything for me and that i could not speak with a manager.  I have spent thousands of dollars at Big Lots over the years and this is a cop out when they say it's on the manufacurer as when i called the number on the manufactures phamplet they say Big Lots owns Pro Source.

Another example of the direction the country is going in.
