I spoke with the customer and did in fact inform her that her order would be shipped by her daughter's birthday.
We did in fact ship the package as promised, and could not locate it in transit. I did in fact send another package overnight as promised, and got it returned to sender. We also informed paypal to refund the purchase, which they are in the process of doing as we speak, and have always communicated via e-mail with the customer.
It also states on the website that it may take up to 10 business days for an item to be shipped for the time of payment.
We are sorry that a customer has had a negative experience, however we cannot control the package once it is shipped. Nor can we control the fact that the second package was returned to sender.
I do not know if the address provided at check out was the correct address and that was the reason it was returned or not. But I do know that we have issued the refund and paypal can take up to 10 business days to process that refund (however you should have gotten an e-mail right away from paypal).
We do not like to see any customers unhappy and we will do what ever we can to correct the issues.
Note to all future customers of Coco Joe's Coconuts, we aim to have top satisfaction and will do what ever it takes to reach that goal. However please make sur you read the shipping and payment information before ordering. If this is not something that will meet your standards, then we urge you not to proceed with your checkout.
Remember we use paypal for all of our orders so that there is always a third party just to make sure people are not "ripped off." Also ALL orders are subject to a 10 bassoonist hold before they are shipped out.
