Lowes Home Improvement ripoff I applied for a Lowes company crdit card and was denied 3 times and never sent a reason for the denial as required by law within 10 days nationwide

I tried to file a credit aplication on line for Lowes and was denide, I received a mailing from Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia saying that my ID was Unverifiable.

How do they know it is undefiable if they don't contact you.

I tried again at a Lowes in Kingsville, tx and had my Driver's Lisence, SS Card, and two other picture Id's still the same response, showed these to the store manager and assistant manager. How do you correct this?
I came home got on internet and filled out an application for Home Depot, they called because my credit bureau report has a fraud alert on it and they called me answered several questions and then issued a credit card.
