Network Tool Warehouse USA Tool Warehouse Would not accept return under their own stated and voiced return policy Seattle, Washington

I attemped to get an RMA from the company, compliant with the terms of their sales person quoted and differently posted return policy.  They attempted to charge a 15 percent restock fee, though none was warranted. 

They refuse to give me an RMA.  They do not return phone calls.  I've left 4 messages and called numerous times.  Beware of this company.

I'm considering legal options as a possible recourse.

Todd Morgan is apparently a major stakeholder (possible owner) in the company.

This company also goes by the following names: USA Tool Warehouse, Americas Tool Warehouse, Coastal Tool Supply, Network Tool Warehouse.

The Better Business Bureau in Seattle, WA rates them as an F (like a report card - so this is the worst rating you can get).
