ProSeal ripoff Hicksville New York

I, too like William from Texas had problems with this company. I ordered the kit in May 2006 and charged it to a credit card. They said it would be shipped promptly. They charged my credit card about 3 weeks later.I would call their phone no. several times and told me it would be shipped soon.

The last time I called was the end of July 2006, and they said it should be received within two weeks. Nothing was received.

Then I called again and was given a new number to call. They kept me on hold for about 10 minutes and then they would disconnect me. If I didn't want to wait I should email them at the email address they gave me. The email address wasn't any good.

Fortunately, I called the credit card company and they credited my credit card for the whole amount plus interest.

This is no way to run a business.
