The Coleman Company, Inc failed to provide parts and service for products sold under their name. Wichita, Kansas

Battery charger for 21.6V Coleman drill model ctp9160-2 smoked.  Two components on a small PCB were charred beyond recognition. tried to contact company about a replacement, but web site info shows Coleman is taking a hands off approach to a third party vendor using their name to sell these drills.  In fact, the third party company has gone out of business.  so no parts or information is available from Coleman.  Seems to me that this is in violation for FTC rules concerning product support for seven years.  Plus, I have found several folks have posted the same problem with their chargers on the web.  I have a nice drill and two batteries with no way to charge them.
