I just ordered theAwsomeauger believing at the home page - wow what a deal. I love to garden so this is AWSOME.
At the very last page without a check your cart status I was billed for $48.90 in shipping fees - not the$8.95 on the home page. Talk about confusing. At the end its $68.85. I have very limited income and this will bounce my account. I only wish I found this site prior to my order.
I called the bank but they say nothing can be done til it posts - which doesn't happen till they ship. Even then there needs to be a dispute & I may not even have a case then.

Thillco bounced my account

I called them - I emailed them etc. They still did not cancel that order. Does anyone have a legal recourse against this practice or company? What can I do?
