I tried purchasing the ebook 3 x $7.50 through the www.treating-pornography-addiction.com checkout.

Each time I tried to make a payment using my credit card I was declined.

When I had a look at my bank statement it showed 3 x withdrawals of $7.50.

I have already waited a week after sending emails daily asking for refund and no reply.

I just want my money-back.

The following complaint was accurate that this individual was charged upon purchasing the e-book. His email was not received because our site was experiencing technical difficulties. He was right to file this complaint as the system was down. His money was returned and the error was fixed.
