24 Hour Fitness forgery, bait and switch, fraudulent contracts, membership fees, annual dues Carlsbad, California

I prepaid a 3 year family membership with 24 Hour Fitness with the promise of annual dues of $29 for the life of the membership.

24 Hour Fitness sent me a bill for my annual dues of $49. When I disputed the dues, I requested a copy of my original membership they sent me a forged membership showing $49 in annual fees. I also requested a copy of my wife's contract, they did the same. They sent a forged copy of her contract showing a $49 annual fee. Not only did they forge our signature, but their employee signed both my wife and my contract

which was impossible since my wife was in Arizona but I signed up in Texas. We sent them copies of our Drivers License showing our signatures were different than the contract. You can tell that they forged the contracts. But they said that neither party has a contract with either party and they must cancel our

membership unless we sign a new contract with them showing a yearly increase.
