EXTREME FITNESS cheating and manipulation verbal and rip off with contracts Toronto Ontario

Extreme fitness has been advertising $15 for 2 months , no contract, no obligation. etc. When I went in membership , the guy was like you can cancel anytime, no obligation . And he made me sign a contract for annual membership for 1200$ . and he said you can come anytime and cancel.

When I went 2 month after, he was like you signed a contract there is no cancellation , and he didn't admit to anything he said. He was like laughing and did not admit to anything they said to me about cancelling the contract. They said you signed a contract you can't go back.

For consumers, here is my suggestion "DONT SIGN ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH THEM ", because they are not going to cancel with in 2 months. Ever. And they are worst than jerks and blood suckers for money. There isn't any humanity nor truth a person says in that fitness.

Customer satisfication is tossed out. They dont care whether you use the GYM whether you have a medical problem, you cant pay, they care about only money and contract.

At least there has to be a cancellation fee to get out of the contract if one wishes to do so. No body should suck blood just because a consumer signed a piece of paper listening to the crap the sales people give.
