ADOVA HEALTH , CONSUMER ALLIANCE USA INSURANCE RIPOFF TAKES MONEY AND RUNS ATLANTA Georgia

I was looking for health insurance and was contacted by a really nice lady. She gave me some quotes and I asked questions pertaining to the coverage. I would be getting generic prescriptions for 15.00 and office visits for 40.00 and a set amount per day for in hospital stays.

I made my appointment with my doctor and was very surprised when they told me that I was not covered. I had to dish out 90.00 to the doctor. When I went to get my prescriptions Wal Mart told me that I had no coverage and my medicines would be over 200.00. I told them to hold the medicines and I would contact my insurance company.

Upon contacting them I was told everything would be straightened out in 24 hours. I had to drive over 30 miles again to get my medicines at Wal Mart and was again told I was not covered. This happened three times and I finally just had to pay the almost full price. Thank goodness Wal Mart gave me a small discount.

Adova Health Care/ Conusmer Alliance USA is nothing but a ripoff that takes your money and runs. You will have no coverage. I have canceled and asked for a refund which I probably will never get. I also have contacted my state insurance commissioners office.
