Aetna Repeatedly denies valid claims, lies about reason El Paso, Texas

Aetna has repeatedly denied claims that are perfectly valid. When I call them or email them they give BS reasons why the claims are not covered. When I ask them why they are violating their own policies, refusing claims that are clearly covered according to the information they sent me and the information on their website, and lying to their paying customers, I get no response whatsoever. All I get is "you are responsible for the full amount of this claim".

So far the amount they have refused to cover is under $1000, so I am not going to bother calling a lawyer. From reading the many other complaints against Aetna I'm pretty sure I'd lose anyway.

If you have a choice, DO NOT use Aetna for anything.
