They don't care as long as they have access to your account information and make their withdrawal on time, giving your false hope that you have some type of medical and pharmaceutical coverage. Try talking to a real person to cancel and you get the run around and numbers to desk where the person never seem to be in. It's people like ALR taking advantage of people during a crises and who are in need of some real medical coverage. My husband being diabetic we just wanted some support in providing his medications and yearly check ups. Don't be sucked in by the scum who pray upon the needs of others.

Please contact ALR's customer service department for further assistance with your complaint as there is not enough information listed in your online posting for us to find your account and address your concerns in detail.

Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, PST. You will always reach a "live" person when calling during our regular business hours.

If the coverage on the Limited Benefit Plan did not meet your needs, we do apologize. This plan is not for everyone as it does have a limited benefit schedule however, it does work for many of our members who can not afford the high dollar premiums for a major medical health plan.

Again, we apologize if you feel dissatisfied with the plan benefits or with ALR's services. If you would like to contact us to see if we can assist you further, please do so at your earliest convenience.
