Just like the others I received a blast fax from Association Healthcare that purported to be offering low premium group health insurance that accepted pre-existing conditions.

The policy covered doctor visits $25, Emergency room, tests, 100% of surgery and provided a $50,000 life insurance benefit for each member. It was group insurance under Service America Assurance. They claim to be part of the Beechstreet.con network and claim that the benefits webpage is under construction so you can't go see what you are buying. However you have 30 days to cancel your policy after receiving it.

The scam is that it is not insurance and they never mail it out. Everytime you call their customer service division they will tell you they mailed out all the cards on Monday. It's a scam.

I researched the domain name registration for ATAfirst.com and found it registered to a Rick Bachman rbachman@sdsfirst.com in Springfield Tennessee. The sdsfist.com domain is registered to Bart Posey bposey@fleetcaregroup.com and fleetcaregroup.com is registered to Angie Posey at Member Service corp.com. The memberservicecorp.com is registered to Richard Hargis 367 Riverside Dr. Franklin, TN 37065 and managed by Jeff Smith at Objective Soulutions in Colorado.

I have not yet tried to get my refund, but my bank will be reversing charges in the morning for fraud. I have filed insurance fraud reports in Tennessee, Georgia and Nevada where the enrollment center was.

Stay away from these conmen.

First let me explain that SDS, LLC is a third party administor for several associations and is not a marketer or remarketer of insurance products. Mr. **** first contacted our office after he had purchased a limited benefit health insurance plan for his family from an independent marketing representative that is in no way an employee of SDS or the association.

Apparently Mr. **** felt that he was misinformed about the benefits being offered even though we have a copy of the recorded conversation between the marketing agent and Mr. ****.

Regardless, Mr. **** began by contacting not the marketing company that had sold him the plan but the owners of SDS over the weekend. He had not sent a cancellation letter nor had he asked anyone at SDS about a refund but somehow expected us to make a refund to his account over the weekend when the banks were closed.

His FULL refund including the application fee was overnighted via Federal Express to him the next day. He also told us at the same time about a June Cooley who had also purchased the same plan from the same marketer although the marketer chose as he was certainly able to do to use a different benefits provider for Dr. Cooley's plan. We have been able to also achieve having a 100% refund of her money even though we were not in any way shape nor form involved in her business.

Fleetcare Group and MemberService Corp are in no way affiliated or a part of SDS, LLC and are seperate and individual companies. Rick Hargis is the president of Member Service Corp and has no involvement either as an owner, partner or employee of SDS, LLC or Fleetcare Group LLC. As far as the ATA we have an active and working web address at www.atafirst.com. SDS has a contract relationship with the ATA/RBA to do all its billing collecting, claims processing and payment of claims through the carrier, Serve America Assurance LTD.

SDS is not a marketing entity of any of the products and apologizes to Mr. **** if he felt we did not handle this in a prompt and courteous manner but to process and receive a 100% refund when the company is told about it on Friday afternoon after 5PM and has the check Fed Ex'd by the following Tuesday afternoon hardly seems like the way a company trying to RIP-OFF or SCAM anyone would handle its business.

I love their services and their prices are low

I love Serve America Assurance

The company where I work does not offer healthcare benefits and executivehealthcare.biz enrolled me into a plan that is right for me and my family. We have been taken care off every time we go to the doctor to get medication for small infections or illnesses, we have been getting good treatment when we go to a medical facility and their network has half a million providers nation wide.

When someone complaints people listen and do not understand that the consumer complaining probably did not understand what they were getting into. I read and understand everything the plan offers and that is what I want because it is affordable and right for my family. Thank you Serve America Assurance ltd.

Good plans

I too have had a great experiance with ATA and Serve America. I went on to this site and was discouraged at the responses I read. I had already bought a plan so I was freaking out too. But after I bought a plan and before posting a response I wanted to wait and use the plan our marketing company HCA had sold us. They are really nice and william my representitive seemed really nice. I am pleased with the plan and was able to get a 25.00 co-pay at the Dr. office that we confrimed was on multiplan (their network)before I signed up. And I recieved 76% off the medication's I had to get. I could not get insurance because of high blood pressure and they got me what I needed at a fair price! They are a good solution.

Unauthorized Insurance Activity

These companies are not licensed.  Numerous State Department of Insurance havefiled Cease and Desist against, Serve America Assurance, Ltd., Smart Data Solutions, American Trade Association, Bart Posey, Rick Bachman, Obed Kirkpatrick, William Worthy, etc.,  Please check with the Indiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Connecticut, Montana Department's of Insurance.  Smart Data Solutions, SDS, is not licensed in their home state of Tennessee.  Their application was rejected.  Call and verify with the Tennessee Department of Insurance.

Krishen is lying

Don't believe Krishen ~ he works for them.  He advertises on facebook & Myspace that he is in the insurance sales business and owns an insurance company.  He is listed in cease and desist orders from the state of Florida (& others) against the National Trade Business Alliance Association/National Alliance of Assocations/PBC all out of Turnersville NJ.  Google his name and read about the actions against him......  He was paid commission by these companies!!
