Equal Health says they are an insurance company arlington, Texas

In April of 2009 I received a phone from a sales person  call trying to sell insurance. Since I am self employed the insurance seem like a good deal. I asked the gentleman to mail me some more information before I signed up he couldn't do that I had to give money upfront right then. So I did. He said I would receive the information in the mail in a couple of weeks if I wasn't happy with it I could cancel and get my initial investment back which was $ 248.77. We I received the information I quickly realized this was not insurance but supplement insurance that I was  not interested in. I followed in instructions for the returning of the information. Well it has know been 9 months and more then 25 calls later and I still have not received my refund. I am reporting them to the Department of insurance and the BBB. This company was and is a Rip off.
