When I spoke with Seth Cohen regarding purchasing their health "plan" I was informed that the amount of savings on each prescription purchased varied (depending on the location, etc.) and that my wife and I would NEVER pay more than 50% of the cost of a prescription. This week was our first week using the card and to our dismay, we paid $80 for a prescription with a normal price of $110 and $25 for another prescription with a $35 normal price.

THIS IS NOT A 50% savings. (50% of $110 is $55, not $80 and 50% of $35 is $17.50 NOT $25)

These two prescriptions are monthly renewals for us and was the main reason we decided to purchase the plan to begin with. Doctors visits, etc. all cost about the same! This entire company and plan is a scam!!!

I have sent numerous emails, with no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This company has stolen over $500 worth of fees from my bank account and can only blame their lack of communication on "Representatives who resell their products". They will give NO REFUNDS as stated on their signup.

I beg you, RUN AWAY from this company. Do not fall for their scam. Now I am out $500, many days of my time and I am left with the feeling of being screwed out of my hard earned money.
