MedProvision, Banksafe fraudulent medical insurance Canadian-based/drop Box In Champlain New York

This company called my elderly mother and talked her into sending them a $389 check for a medical/pharmacy card. Before 30 days was up she tried to cancel the service. She recieved a phone call from a company stating that they were some type of Consumer Protection Agency and someone was trying to cash a fradulent check on her checking account. They asked that she verify her checking account and personal information. She calld me and I told her immediately go to the bank and close that checking account out. It was a scam and she did. About a week later she recieved a note from the bank that they took money from her savings account to cover a $395 check that was deposited on the closed checking account. She went to the bank. Bank official told her that the check was so scribbled on but it looked like the company name was Banksafe. A month later someone else called and said that they needed to verify her personal information and for some type of magazine subscription for again $389. I then closed out her second checking account and went to another bank. She has called this company MedProvision several times to get her $389 back and the representative always tells her to give her the checking account number so they can draft the monies back to her. The rep claim it takes about 6 monthes to recieve a paper check.
