ODSP ODSP suppose to your advocate but is you prosecutor and judge Mississauga Ontario

I am 57 years old. I am a double amputee (both legs) since 2005. Applied to ODSP twice - in 2005 and 2006. ODSP lost my first application. Finally ODSP in their own words found me to be: "severely disabled" and got ODSP benefits in 2007 - with back payment for 6 month in 2006. Nothing for a whole year 2005 till June 2006.
IN 2008 I had to three times send all my info - including every time paper from the doctor - that I still do not have legs, my income proof - their own stubs, my account history printout. Letters form ODSP come usually 1 moth after my time to complete their documents, every time they threaten me if I do not get all those documents they would cut off my benefits. I do not know what I did to them - I think being disable is my crime!
I was receiving $789 - the minimum sum ODSP decided I should receive
In 2008 i started receiving CPP - 677 a month with a payback for 6 month of year 2007. ODSP immediately:
1. Charged me with ODSP overpayment of $4000 for the year 2007 and immediately started taking the overpayment from my CPP check.

2. They also recalculated what my minimum income should be ($677 - not $789 any more) so I do not receive additional $120, which according to their own calculation I should.
3. I receive morphine, meds for arthritis, depression, sleep and indigestion.
I also have acute paradentosis and need special dental treatment.
ODSP decided to give me the basic medical plan health and dental. As the result I have to partially cover my medications. Dental plan does'nt cover much needed dental repairs. They do not even want to cover my surgical socks - should get 6 pair a year.
4. I was late showing ODSP the proof of my taxes - even though they have the detail list of the activity on my account and know I do not have any additional income - ODSP cut my medical plan as of August 1st 2008. Now I can't even effort any of my painkillers or any other medications. Right now I have urinary tracks infection - have to cover antibiotics myself.
