I sold for SHC for 4 months, then recruited for 6 more. If you are interviewing, remember a few things about this "opportunity":

1) Know your cost- gas (I drove 500 miles per week), $35 motel rooms three nights per week, licensing, faxing your sales to corporate, fast food, internet in motels, oil changes, possibly a laptop computer, etc...

2) I NEVER saw a salesman sell more than 7 policies in one week. Most people sold about 4 policies, then half of those CANCELED within a couple days. That means NO sale and NO commission. After YOUR weekly cost= poor salesman

3) I worked 70-75 hours per week selling policies. I averaged $4 per hour (take home).

4) Recruiting paid much much more. $400 per week. hahahaha. Needless to say, I was broke broke broke. I believed the promises, promises, promises.
