ABC Financial neglected to terminate gym fitness contract & refund losses Sherwood Arizona

ON Jan.5 ,2009 I requested to cancel/transfer from one fitness facility to another which I was asked to forward the new contract with the old agreement ID. with the words transfer written on the fax. Listening to the phone transcript with the representative I clearly state what wanted to do and she complied with telling me what i needed to fax over.They have been charging me 39.99 from January up until June of 2009 and still have not terminated the contract with Juniata fitness center claiming Idid not follow procedure. WHen looking at the customer complaints web site I found that this is a common pratice with ABC financial.
