I've been disputing the charge made by ALC for 5 months now. Finally the last GE Money statement showed credit to my account, however not in full. The balance remaining is $243.10 - 10% of the total amount charged initially.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY SERVICES FROM AMERICAN LASER CENTER EVER and I do not owe any money to them or GE Money respectively.

I canceled the services within my 3 day right of recession and the law states that ALC had 10 days to refund the money. 150 days later they still didn't and it is simply unbelievable that this company is still in business. I even went to Better Business Bureau however I've never heard back “ it's been 3 months.

Now 5 months since the initial charge on November 30, 2007, I am still involved in something that can only be called poor and unacceptable business practice and I am ready to contact the Attorney General's Office, Consumer Action Line Service affiliated with local newspaper and TV stations and the Small Claim Court in order to wrap up this nonsense once and for all.
